I'm sure you've heard this before, but the state of your house and what it looks like and if it is cluttered deeply reflects what is going on internally. And I can personally attest to this because my apartment was just a little messy and I was going through some health issues lately and it really kind of reflected what was going on internally. But as I healed and as I got better, the apartment got cleaner, more organized, less cluttered. It truly, truly reflects what is going on internally. A lot of the clients that I've worked with, if they were going through stressful times, they were overworked, they were stressed, the whole house just became cluttered in a complete mess.

Right? So sometimes, of course, it's good to organize and clean your home, but sometimes, it's a great gauge and observation that you can have to go look at the state of your house and say, what does this mean internally? What's going on mentally in my head? Is there anything I need to work through? Am I overthinking things?

Do I feel like I'm working too much and stressing myself out? Is there any trauma? Is there anything that needs to be healed? Right? That all honestly can be answered through looking at your house and the clutter.

Happy organizing, everybody. Follow Christina's Corner for more tips and tricks of how to get organized.
