Today, I am going to talk about why I love modular closets. This kind of feels like a personal letter that I'm writing to everybody about my experience with this company because I have all these different vantage points. Right? I have been a professional organizer for over 10 years now. So I have my viewpoint as an organizer and with their product, also representing them as their brand ambassador.
And then just as a consumer and seeing firsthand the inside details of this company. And I am just constantly in awe and inspired by them. I wanted to share with you what separates them apart from the rest, from a very personal viewpoint. So I'm gonna tell you everything. Hands down, the number one thing that separates this company from everybody else.
Well, I'm gonna say 2 things. They're they're tied, the people and the product. But for this message, I'm gonna focus on the people because the product is incredible and I'm gonna get into that too, but the people make the difference. I I have never witnessed a company that is centered around everybody that works there. Like they're such a tight family unit and that matters.
Like that is so rare today to see in a company. And that shows with the customers. Because you can email us, call us anytime, and we're there. There's real people there that are helping. Right?
And you feel that when you talk to anybody that works there. They genuinely wanna help. They'll stay on the phone with you for however long you need to. They'll email you back and forth. I've posted on Instagram many times that people can call me.
We're really, really there. And I noticed that my very first time that I was introduced to modular closets. And it has been an honor representing them as their brand ambassador and helping everybody get organized and providing these tips and tricks and it's an incredible company that's centered around people. And it's centered around the people within the company and of course the people that are buying modular closets. And then I think the thing that fascinates me is that it's not 2 separate categories.
Right? So it's not the people that work in the company and then the consumer. It becomes 1. That's what makes it special. It just feels like this one big, giant family of everybody.
The people that work for the company, the people that are thinking of new products and thinking of ways to make it better, and the employees that help you design it, the designers that are there, the installer, everything. Right? And then the consumers and the people that get a modular class system, it's like we all we're all just part of this one big family. And that has stood out since day 1, since day 1, and that has never left. And I just there's a 1,000,001 things that I can say about the product.
But you know what? Today, I'm just I'm gonna focus on the people because that's what makes it really special. That's what's made it such an honor to be a part of it. And that's why every time that I worked with someone and suggested modular closets or help them design a closet, it was I felt so proud to then have them be a part of this community, this organizing community where the intentions are pure and good. And we really just wanna help people have a system in their home so that they don't have to worry about the clutter.
And it's something it's an integral part of the the house and the part of the design and it just it connects us all. And I love that. I love that. And it's so rare to find. What makes modular closets so special are the people.
Hands down from the CEO all the way down, it is the people. They put so much thought, so much thought more than I could even describe. I've seen the warehouse. I've seen how these products are created. I've seen the meetings with the design inspiration and I've seen the designers talk to the customers and it's just it's incredible.
It's incredible. You are in good hands. I can promise you that. You're in good hands. That is why I love modular closets.
