We are going to continue talking about roadblocks around stuff. And today, I want to ask another question. Does it add more depth? Huge topic. Huge topic.

I could talk about this one forever. We often confuse what we need and what we want. I can relate to this, guys. I promise I get this one. I was just at HomeGoods the other day.

I know what it feels like. But before every single item that you pick up, ask yourself, do I need this or do I want this? And 99% of the time, we just want it and we don't need it. And hopefully, I hope, you know, that everyone, of course, is is living in a home and is surrounded by love and family and and has food and has all the essentials in life. Right?

Of course. I I I hope everyone that is watching this has that. And so if we have the necessities in life to survive, then all the other stuff, we really do have to become a bit more aware and conscious and ask ourself, do we really need this or do we want this? Now that does not mean that you can't have fun and you can't get stuff and get certain decor that you need for your closet or things like that. Of course, of course.

But it's just being more aware. That's all it is because we just don't want an excess amount of stuff and clutter in our life. And it's, every, so much of this sounds so simple. It's simple yet hard, both. And I myself ask this question, this is one question that I ask myself all of the time when I'm out, do I need this or do I want want this?

And sometimes it's just that little shift. It really is that little shift where you're out and about and you're looking at things and you ask yourself that and it really allows it to be a more conscious habit. And, also, as you're decluttering, it applies as well. Do I need this, or do I want this? It really is a huge, huge question and something to bookmark and remember to incorporate in your organizing and decluttering journey.

Do I need this or do I want this? And be honest. Happy organizing everybody. Follow Christina's Corner for more tips and tricks of how to get organized.
